KBShimmer Totally Tubular

I was so eager to try another KBShimmer, I just painted over Iris My Case.  Sadly, I didn't dig this one as much as the first. Totally Tubular looks pretty amazing as you paint it on, but it dries to a bumpy, lumpy texture. This is best realized outdoors in natural lighting.

The good news is that it's fixable. The bad news is that it will likely take two coats of top coat, if not more. Top-coated, it looks so much better.

Otherwise, it's a very pretty polish that can appear more blue or green depending on the lighting.  It only took two coats to get full coverage. Just remember to top coat for optimal smoothness! :)
