Happy Easter weekend! I smell a Carrot Cheesecake in the oven, and it is making me very hungry...
We're trying to get as much ready as possible tonight for Easter Saturday dinner tomorrow. My family should be here by early Saturday afternoon, and the weather looks like it should be wonderful for the holiday weekend. I hope everyone has a great Easter!
