You Haven't Seen Ghost Like This Before

I won two free tickets to see Ghost: The Musical as part of the Yelp Goes to the Theater promotion at the Aronoff Center for the Arts in downtown Cincinnati.  This wasn't actually a Yelp event; this was the regularly scheduled opening night for the Broadway show. I usually get pretty excited about musicals, and my husband happens to be a fan as well, so I was totally psyched to win this promotion.

Before heading out to the theater, we prepared a couple of flatbread pizzas to enjoy.  If you want the recipe for Cheesy Broccoli and Tomato Flatbread, I'll include it below.

On with the show! We picked up our tickets at the Will Call window and headed in to find our seats.
The theater was pretty full for opening night.
We couldn't take any pictures during the actual performance, but trust me when I say it was pretty spectacular. It was lively with the occasional softer, touching moment. There were some interesting stage techniques used that I haven't seen in theater before, and the show flowed seamlessly from one scene to another.  If you have an opportunity to see this show, I highly recommend it. My husband had not see the original 1990 film, Ghost, starring Patrick Swayze, Demi Moore, and Whoopi Goldberg, but he nonetheless thoroughly enjoyed the musical.
