Use: I think this scale looks great. I decided to test its accuracy compared to our current scale using a 5-lb dumbbell and found that this one was much more accurate, within 0.11 lbs accuracy. It is a bit chilly on bare feet, and it does take a few seconds to settle on your weight once you step on the scale.  . My husband is the only one in our house who has a smartphone, and he's a smart guy, but he got frustrated with trying to sync the scale. I managed to stumble through registering myself as User 1.

Verdict: As just a scale, I love it, but I missed out on using the "fancy features". If it could have a more intuitive interface, that would really help for the technologically impaired. :)
