February 2016 PopSugar Must Have Box
This scarf was one of the early spoilers released, and it was pretty much the deciding factor for me as I mulled over whether I should buy this box. I wasn't sure I would like the color as I tend to gravitate toward deeper, darker tones, but it was a nice change to have a lighter scarf in the mix.
This cleansing balm feels like wax first, and it turns into more of a oil as you rub it into your skin. It has an almost - but not quite - fruity smell to it [it's actually made without fragrance], and it does a decent job of removing make-up. Eye make-up, unsurprisingly, takes some extra effort. It comes with a muslin cloth that seemed very similar to a handkerchief.
I kind of liked this ring, in theory, but the fact is I'm not really a ring person or a yellow gold person, so I plan to give this away.
This decorative square plate is on the smaller side. I have it sitting on my dresser for now, but I haven't really figured out what I want to do with it.
This lotion was light on the fragrance and light on the overall moisturization.
I made these cookies for my husband for Valentine's Day, and they were just okay. The instructions could have been more clear, and maybe I wouldn't have ended up burning as many as I did. :-P
Overall, these white sport socks felt thick and fit fine - they seemed to lean slightly large.
This card is supposed to work just like a $20.00 gift card, so I definitely plan to put that to use!
I think the February box is the perfect opportunity for Victoria's Secret to be so heavily featured. Overall, it was a really good box at a great value.
