H2O Plus Night Oasis Oxygenating Rejuvenator Deluxe, Sample Value: $6.04 [$38.00 for 1.7 oz; sample size: 0.27 oz]
This light blue cream-gel works overnight to restore and revitalize tired-looking skin. It contains sea fennel to recharge dull skin, brown algae to smooth the appearance of surface lines, and cucumber extract to soothe sensitive skin. It smoothed on really easily with a light fragrance and dried to a fairly matte finish.  

Pur-lisse Pur-Moist Hydra-Balance Moisturizer, $16.18 [$55.00 for 1.7 oz; sample size: 0.5 oz]

I literally just sampled this moisturized in my May Ipsy Glam Bag. My same initial impressions remain!

Supergoop! Dr. T's Supergoop! City Sunscreen Serum SPF 30, $4.20 [$42.00 for 50 ml; sample size: 5 ml]

This sample size really only provided enough sunscreen for a single use application. It was unscented and applied easily. 

Karin Herzog Vita-A-Kombi 2, $4.71 [$80.00 for 1.7 oz; sample size: 0.1 oz]

This seems to be a very potent product, and the bottle notes that it can thin eyelashes and eyebrows - which sounds a little scary! It's a lightly perfumed, thick cream that is made with 2% active oxygen, retinol, and Vitamin E to help normalize, hydrate, and detoxify the skin while diminishing the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. I didn't experience any ill effects from using it, so I would be interested in trying more of this product to see how effective it would be in the long-term.  

Borghese Fango Deep Hydration Finishing Treatment, $2.32 [$39.00 for 8.4 oz; sample size: 0.5 oz]

This dry oil spray is intended to be applied to moist skin after showering. It's a bit of a luxuriant experience to rub the oil into your skin, and it does feel very nourishing. It has an almost masculine scent, and it was hard to control the spray to make sure you get all of the product on your skin and not on the bathroom floor.

Juliette Has A Gun Anyway Eau de Parfum, $? [$112.00 for 100 ml; sample size: ?]

This perfume is slightly floral with a hint of spice, and the fragrance last a decently long time. I liked it.

Admittedly, I was thinking of cancelling my Sample Society boxes for a while. I've accumulated a lot of samples, and I could stand to save some money, but...then I received an exciting email that Sample Society is receiving a mini makeover starting in July. All samples will be handpicked by Allure editors, each box will feature a curated mix of skin, hair, and make-up products, the Allure mini-mag will be improved, and all subscribers will receive a $10 BeautyBar.com gift card for any $50 purchase.
